As we have interacted with customers in the last few months we have felt your need for getting a stronger support. We plan to augment our rich Help, Forum, Tutorials and Demos with personal chat support and webinars.
Also we plan to discontinue the “Free package” with limited features which we have currently and provide customers with a 30 day free trial on the Fully featured “Starter package” from next month onwards.
You can also look forward to various premium features which we will introduce in the coming months. As always keep sending in your feedback and that will keep us motivated to do more.
